INTEGRA
It is a space that aims to generate a sense of belonging in the university community, through the creation, design and implementation of ideas that contribute to integral and perennial growth throughout the careers of its local, foreign and international members.
UP Foreigners
It is a diverse student group, made up of students from the Universidad Panamericana Campus Aguascalientes from different majors and academic levels. Our purpose is to create a solid community of foreign and out-of-town students, providing a space for mutual support to face the challenges of living far from home.
Led by a professor, staff member or alumni, we strive to foster the integration and well-being of our members. As part of Integra, we work closely with the department to coordinate activities, events and projects. Our mission is to be a constant guide and support for our members, organizing teams and providing advice to ensure optimal performance and achieve our shared goals and ideals.
Objectives
General objective
Ensure that international and foreign students at the University feel welcome and supported, providing advice, follow-up and resources to ensure a full and supported university experience.
Specific objectives
- Provide ongoing advice to foreign and in-country students, helping them adapt to university life and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Organize integration activities that facilitate social and cultural interaction, promoting a sense of belonging within the university community.
- Implement specific strategies and resources to prevent homesickness, ensuring that students feel comfortable and supported during their time at the University.
